| Let's gather in one post what major gameplay changes we'd like Valve to test or make in 2.0 Posted: 18 Dec 2020 04:53 AM PST They just posted a roadmap, saying they are closing in on the end of big experimental changes, so I think it might be a good idea to have our voices heard and collected in a single thread about any remaining big gameplay concerns or huge change ideas. Make your post detailed, explaining why you think a change may improve the game. Also try to refrain from 1.0 nostalgia, even if you think it was a better game, instead focus on suggestions that could improve 2.0 considering the direction it's going on. [link] [comments]  | ||
| Posted: 18 Dec 2020 12:47 AM PST Okay, so today we had a new State of Beta update (finally, btw). They talked about the artworks, the improvements and how the open beta is getting closer. But then, we have the oldest question regarding Artifact: WHERE IS OUR COMPENSATION FOR WASTING MONEY IN A BROKEN GAME? (Edit: I don't mean financial compensation, since there are people that can't understand what the word means. I mean: what they will offer us to compensate the game that no longer exists (1.0) and the cards that can't be played) I'm so fucking pissed off with this bullshit. I'm spent a lot of money on this fucking game, like a lot people did, and what Valve does? Slaps our faces and fists our asses. This is nonsense. I bought the game, I bought the cards, tickets. Fuck. I know someone will come and say "You did bc you wanted to", but, fuck, I bought a product that they simply took it away. In the majority of the countries this is suitable for a lawsuit for breaking consumer's law. Not only it has been TWO YEARS (and we are still waiting for a decent version of this game), but the updates takes forever. I feel sorry for the 2-people team that must be working, developing this game. I don't blame the workers, but the company itself. Artifact 1.0 being a complete fail was Valve's fault. Actually the game had everything (gameplay wise) to be a success, but the greed and the minimum amount of common sense regarding the digital tcg market, fucked the game up. Feel sorry for Richard Garfield. But we, the old players, are FOR SURE, not the ones to blame. I don't care if you spent 1$ or 1000$. It's your money. My money. That we had to work our asses off to earn, and still, they spat on our faces. What will we be get back?
