Multi-language speakers, please, share with me inconsistencies in localizations of Artifact.

    Posted: 24 Oct 2019 12:51 AM PDT

Hi to everyone. I'd like to point to Valve how awful work steam translation server did for Artifact via translating bunch of things which wasn't supposed to be translated like hero names. But I want to point it all at once.

So, please, share everything you finding wrong in localizations you are using.

For example let's keep it this way:

Original name > localization > what it really means > why it's wrong.

So, I re-installed Artifact yesterday. Honestly, I had very little faith that we would ever see the light at the end of the tunnel. Reading through all the posts here, though, reminded me that the game is still awesome.

So i got into phantom draft . Forgot most cards and combos. Got my ass handed to me...

Yet i had fun. An insane amount of fun. More fun than Hearthstone, Teppen (close second though) and even LoR(got into closed alpha ). Theres just something about Artifact that the others have yet to replicate. LoR is kinda similar in its board layout and aesthetics, but it doesn't feel the same. It doesn't capture the feel of a MOBA; its just another card game.

That's what I love about Artifact. It feels like a merger of the two genres. Idk if we will ever see the fruition of the waiting it out, but I do know one thing... I'll see yall in phantom draft tonight.

    Thank you all

    I'm back, boys!

Played some bot games yesterday. Haven't played since when it was released. The game is a lot of fun when I'm not worried about getting destroyed by the best decks. I just wish I could earn cards without spending money.

I too, am in it for the long haul.

    Highly doubt on 2.0

After one week hanging out on this subreddit i feel like valve abandon artifact for underlords then after runeterra hype they focus on artifact 2.0. If they really abandon earlier and now tryna catch runeterra hype i think game will worst than before.Everyday with no patch i feel like they not working on that or they are too late for working or they cant make artifact great.I really want new features and artifact have lots of player and revive from ashes.Long Live Long Haul Brothers

VNN is still releasing a video about Artifact this month. HYPETHRUST 1000 %

I feel Artifact needs to have solid gameplay that is fun to play on one lane before it expand to three. If you remove the two lanes in the current game, it becomes quite dull.

    Posted: 23 Oct 2019 05:54 PM PDT

I would much rather play one lane of MtG over three lanes of UNO..

If Runeterra had two more lanes, that game would be more fun than artifact imo

Even though it may take more time to play, this could be the better direction to go since Artifact aims to appeal to players who want a complex card game.
