I just faced an opponent in Prized Play. He beat me. I then re-queued and after 5 seconds faced the same opponent. However, this time he was playing a different deck. Turns out he queued with his standard deck this time. Why can this happen? In standard, you can redraft until you get the perfect deck.

Are "Path of... " cards worth it?

Coming back to Artifact, I realized I completely missed out on some cards and did not know they exist. Today I learned about the existence of the Path of the bold/cunning/dreaming/wise cards. I am somewhat conflicted on the random aspects of them, but I like the concept and the dreaming card.

How do you feel about them?

What if the long haul is just Valve waiting for people to come back and forget about all the nonsensical hate? I love this game and being in my mid 30's the whole "Artifact is expensive" narrative is a joke as a look over at my Magic collection. I will be pretty sad if they make major changes to the actual game play. I get there needs some adjustments but every game needs some tweaks. Just my .02.
