Here is my opinion about "viewers" Posted: 21 Jun 2019 10:28 PM PDT This idea hit me yesterday but I took my time to think about it a bit more and discuss with friends. Remember how people claimed that Artifact is hard to watch because there is three tables and you can't see all of them all the time and when u see it, picture might be too small for viewers? And then people started praising Dota Auto Chess and Dota Underlorts. Weird thing is. I tried this shit. I tried watching some streams. And I do thing that watching on Chess Battlers is a way harder than watching on Artifact. See, this is why: there is way more battlefields you need to keep track of, if you want to win. there is a way more stuff happening outside of your eyes (things like placing items, changing team compositions) there is 3D models instead of 2d cards which makes viewing harder there is no clear understanding how chess moving while Artifact has clear rules. there is multiple different unit compositions which depends on different auras and there is no way you could totally count this effects by yourself and compare them. While in Artifact you see expected outcome of battle stage. one thing i finding better for Chess Battlers is the fact that shop doesn't cover battlefield. But still, after all of this I tend to think that this people, who called Artifact hard to watch and now watching chess battlers, are hypocrites. This is only my opinion. What do you think?
